Accessibility
This site is built to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology.
What we have done
This site was built with accessibility as a build requirement rather than an afterthought:
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order
- A skip-to-content link on every page
- Visible keyboard focus indicators
- Text and background colors tested for contrast
- Every form field associated with a visible label
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to small screens
- No content that depends on color alone to convey meaning
- No auto-playing media, no motion that cannot be stopped
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
If something does not work
Accessibility is not a state you reach and stop. If you hit a barrier on this site — a page a screen reader handles badly, a control you cannot reach with a keyboard, text you cannot read — tell us. Use the phone number or email in the footer and describe what happened and what you were using.
We will fix it and tell you when it is fixed. This is a small site maintained directly by the people who own it, so there is no ticket queue between you and a repair.
Our physical work
If you need accommodations during a walkthrough or during work at your property, tell us when you schedule. We will make it work.
