How we actually work

A person answers, 24/7. Not a call tree. If it is an emergency, we say so and move. If it can wait, we tell you that too.

We diagnose before we quote. On site, by the plumber doing the work. A phone quote is a guess, and guesses turn into surprises on the invoice.

You approve the price before work starts. In writing if you want it that way. If we find something nobody could have seen, you hear about it and approve it before we touch it.

We repair what can be repaired. Replacement only when it is genuinely the better deal for you, and we will show you the numbers.

We show up when we said we would. And if the window moves, you hear it from us first.

Free estimates, and we are insured. You know what it costs before you commit to anything.

What we will not do

We would rather lose a job than do any of this:

• Quote over the phone and charge something different on site
• Replace something that a repair would fix
• Invent an emergency to close a sale
• Publish reviews we did not earn, or claim years of experience we do not have

That last one is worth saying plainly. Home services is a category with a lot of noise in it: inflated credentials, invented review counts, "over 20 years of experience" on a company incorporated last year. We would rather be the boring, verifiable version. Everything on this site should still be true in two years.
